Welcome to Nelly Siwar Qenti. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, workshops, ceremonies, retreats, events, bookings, products, and online shop.

By accessing this website, purchasing products, booking services, or participating in events or activities offered by Nelly Siwar Qenti, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Nelly Siwar Qenti may offer:

• Astrology readings

• Sound healing journeys

• Cacao ceremonies

• Ampuku and Shiatsu sessions

• Qi Gong practices

• Ecstatic dance gatherings

• Hapé ceremonies

• Elemental ceremonies and experiences connected to water, fire, earth, air, metal, and nature-based practices

• Workshops, retreats, gatherings, and educational experiences

• Ceremonial cacao and related products

• Spiritual, wellbeing, educational, and personal development content

All services, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, events, and bookings are arranged online unless otherwise stated.

2. Bookings & Payments

Bookings may require either:

• a non-refundable deposit,

• or full payment in advance.

Bookings are only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received.

Nelly Siwar Qenti reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

3. Deposits, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Group Gatherings, Workshops, Ceremonies, Retreats & Events

Deposits for workshops, ceremonies, retreats, gatherings, group sessions, ecstatic dance events, sound healing journeys, cacao ceremonies, and similar experiences are non-refundable.

If a participant cancels attendance, deposits and payments may not be refunded unless otherwise stated.

1:1 Sessions

For private 1:1 sessions:

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session.

• Sessions may be rescheduled if cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in loss of payment.

Retreats & Special Events

Nelly Siwar Qenti reserves the right to reschedule or cancel retreats, ceremonies, or events due to:

• unsafe conditions,

• illness,

• insufficient group numbers,

• venue issues,

• travel disruptions,

• or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Where possible, participants may be offered:

• a rescheduled date,

• transfer to another event,

• store credit,

• or refund at the discretion of Nelly Siwar Qenti.

4. Late Arrivals

1:1 Sessions

If a participant arrives more than 20 minutes late to a private 1:1 session, the session may be cancelled without refund.

Workshops, Ceremonies, Gatherings & Group Activities

Workshops, ceremonies, retreats, ecstatic dance events, sound healing journeys, and group gatherings will begin at the scheduled time.

Late participants may join when appropriate, but lost time will not be compensated or refunded.

Certain ceremonies may restrict late entry for safety, energetic, or practical reasons.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Nelly Siwar Qenti does not guarantee any specific results, emotional experiences, healing outcomes, energetic experiences, spiritual insights, personal transformations, or life changes from participation in services, workshops, ceremonies, retreats, or activities.

Each individual experience is unique.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.

6. Wellness & Spiritual Disclaimer

Services offered by Nelly Siwar Qenti are intended for personal growth, relaxation, education, wellbeing, creativity, spiritual exploration, and holistic practices only.

They are not a substitute for professional:

• medical advice,

• psychological care,

• psychiatric treatment,

• diagnosis,

• legal advice,

• financial advice,

• or emergency services.

Nelly Siwar Qenti does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

Astrology readings, sound healing, cacao ceremonies, Hapé ceremonies, energetic practices, intuitive guidance, and related experiences are spiritual and holistic in nature and should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, or legal certainty.

If you have medical or psychological concerns, you should consult a qualified licensed professional.

Participation in any service, ceremony, or activity is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Personal Responsibility

Participants remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, choices, interpretations, and actions before, during, and after participation in any service, workshop, retreat, ceremony, event, or activity offered by Nelly Siwar Qenti.

Participants are responsible for informing Nelly Siwar Qenti of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, injuries, medications, or mental health concerns that may affect participation.

8. Outdoor Activities & Retreat Participation

Participation in retreats, outdoor ceremonies, movement practices, ecstatic dance, Qi Gong, and related activities is undertaken at your own risk.

Participants are responsible for:

• wearing appropriate clothing and footwear,

• staying hydrated,

• using personal judgment,

• respecting group boundaries and safety guidelines.

Nelly Siwar Qenti is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, accidents, emotional responses, losses, or damages arising from participation unless required by law.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Nelly Siwar Qenti reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services, participation, bookings, or access to events where behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, abusive, harmful, intoxicated, or disrespectful toward staff, participants, facilitators, or the experience as a whole.

10. Photography & Media

During workshops, ceremonies, retreats, gatherings, or events, photographs or video recordings may occasionally be taken for promotional, educational, or social media purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or media content should inform Nelly Siwar Qenti in advance.

11. Force Majeure

Nelly Siwar Qenti shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• severe weather conditions,

• illness,

• natural events,

• technical failures,

• travel disruptions,

• venue cancellations,

• government restrictions,

• emergencies,

• or other force majeure events.

12. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• writings,

• workshop materials,

• ceremony structures,

• photographs,

• artwork,

• graphics,

• branding,

• logos,

• videos,

• audio,

• digital products,

• meditations,

• recordings,

• designs,

• and creative content
