Shiatsu

It uses some techniques similar to other methods such as osteopathy, lymphatic drainage & physiotherapy, however Shiatsu additionally attributes the physical health conditions, diseases to blockages & imbalances in the energy flow, therefore by applying Shiatsu not only it stimulates the physical healing but also awareness on a conscious/subconscious level takes place so the body re-adjusts whilst healing sets.

Shiatsu is a Japanese Bodywork which stimulates the body’s natural healing by applying acupressure using palms, thumbs & stretching.

Shiatsu is performed through clothing, on a comfortable mat or treatment table.
